“I should really go to therapy before this gets worse.”

This painting is about those little issues we all have. The things that start so small and insignificant but over time grow and fester and require professional help. It’s hard to stop one’s self from regretting NOT getting help sooner -- but why would you get help for a blip? But at the same time, it’s best to get help before a blip turns into a mountain. Life is a little dumb like that. Just do your best.
